Our Story

For the desire of creativity, SLAB was born for the sole purpose to blow your mind. We never intended to turn our little idea into a "real" one, it just happened that way.

How it started

Originating a few years back, Waz started making cheesecakes and sharing them with others made him feel bloody great. Fast forward to 2022 and things were ticking along pretty steady as a new business, bubbling underneath the surface even. The fire was ignited, SLAB Cheesecakes was thrusted into reality.

SLAB Cheesecakes are premium desserts, born from the desire to be different, to be better, to make people bloody happy.

Where it's going

I (Waz) had been speaking with an old friend (Arch), over a few schooners and the suggestions started flying "We should.. What if?.. How about!.." It was decided then and there; let's team up, turn this thing on and hold on for the ride!" Bringing us to the now and our SLAB HQ, we have been welcomed into Islington and ready for you to enjoy a thicc slice.
